Just because it says Natural Spring Water doesn't mean it is

To find out if your Natural Spring Water is what it says it is, you must first know where it's coming from.

Only 5% of the Worlds water is fresh

Only five percent of the worlds water is fresh, the other ninety five percent is salty or undrinkable. You should know that most of the drinking water that we drink in the United States comes from rivers and streams and is not natural spring water. It is filtered, shot with ultraviolet rays, bombarded with chlorine, and sometimes run through a reverse osmosis filter. Most if not all of the natural mineral content has been removed in the process and has to be reintroduced before it comes to your home.

One Mans Trash Is Another Mans Treasure

Think about this, your water is coming from up stream. Let's say I'm in a town up stream from you. I get my drinking water from the same stream you do. I flush my toilet just like you do. The sewage is treated and released back into the same stream that you are getting your water from. It is said that by the time the Mississippi River reaches the city of New Orleans that their drinking water has been the sewage treatment of over twenty cities. Ooohh! Not a very bright picture, but it is reality.

And a major problem that cities down stream are finding is that the people upstream are flushing their unused prescription pills down the toilet. The drugs do not get filtered out with the sewage treatment process and they invariably wind up downstream in your drinking water. So if you wonder why you may be moody, it could be because of your drinking water.

One thing can always be found on the beach, plastic water bottles

So you think I will just buy bottled water, it's better for me. You may be wrong. Not only does buying all those plastic bottles pollute the earth, they also carry carcinogens (cancer causing stuff) in the plastics when sunlight hits it. This then goes into your water and you drink it in.

Did you know there are no regulations or laws saying that a bottle of water coming out of your faucet can't use the words Natural Spring Water. There are places all over the United States that are using the word Natural Spring Water to sell their products, because they know they can capitalize on the gullibility of the American public. All these companies have to do is add minerals back into tap water to make it taste good, it's still tap water.

There are a few things you can do as a consumer to get better tasting "so called" Natural Spring Water.

1. If you have to drink tap water because you don't have a filter, pour your water in a pitcher and let it stand for an hour in the refrigerator. Normal tap water has chlorine gas in it. If you just pour a glass and take a drink immediately, you are sucking down a heaping cup of poisonous gas. Let it off gas for a bit.

2.  Use a water filter. You can use a filter like the Brita, or the Pur, but these are charcoal activated filters and they really don't get rid of most of the nastiness.

3. You can use a filter like the reverse osmosis filter, but you must realize that it is filtering out everything. The good minerals and the bad minerals are being stripped out. Many people drinking this type of water are having deficiencies in their bodies over time that is leading to a host of medical problems. When the filter works on your tap water, it puts the filtered water in a tank and it just sits there. This becomes stagnant water if it is not rotated in the tank at least twice a month. Also if you use a reverse osmosis filter and put water in a water bottle with a lid on it, it will start to smell in twenty four hours because the chlorine has been removed.

4. There are other filters out there that will leave the minerals in your water and do a good job, shop on line. A good one is the Kangen. It's a little expensive, but worth the money.

5. UV Light. When Ultraviolet Light hits water, it literally breaks the bonds in the DNA strands of anything.  Any bacteria, or viruses will disintegrate immediately. A commercial unit costs about two hundred dollars, but you can actually make one of your own if you are a do it your self type.

6. Use bottled water if you have too. If you can go to a real source that is from a natural spring, make sure and put it in a container that is dark, so that sunlight will not penetrate it. This will keep for about two weeks as long as you keep it in a cool dark place.

Get it while it's fresh

I hope that this information has been helpful for you to try and get a better idea where your water is coming from. The water cooler at work, is not a bad source, it may say Natural Spring Water, but perhaps you should take a drive down to the factory where the truck came from that delivered it and see for yourself where and what you are drinking. It's pretty obvious that if the factory is off the interstate in Pasadena that it probably isn't Natural Spring water.

What Is The Cheapest Way To Get Traffic To Your Website

Finding the cheapest way to get traffic to your website can be challenging, especially if you are just starting out in internet marketing.

You have just spent a great deal of money and time on the perfect website for your product or service. Maybe you joined a club that allowed you to have multiple sites for a monthly fee or a lump sum. Either way, it cost you quite a bit of your hard earned cash and now all it's doing is sitting there. No one is visiting it, except your cousin Joe, and that's because you asked him too. You have to have traffic in order to actually convert the sales into cash.

Now that you have your website, what is the cheapest way to get traffic to your website? 

First off, this will take work and time, so make sure you block out some to get the job done. Now I did say this is the cheapest way to get traffic.

I will show you the cheapest way to get traffic to your website in twenty four hours. Follow these steps and succeed:

1. Choose Targeted, Buyer Keyword Phrase, like (cheapest Apple Ipad), just like you were going to type it into the Google search bar yourself and buy a product, what words would you use?  I use a software called Auto Mass Traffic, it's about $37.00. There are lots of up sales, you don't need them. Stick to the basics.

2. Submit your website to social bookmarking websites using www.onlywire.com and www.socialmarking.com

3. Ping your website using www.pingomatic.com

4. Create a www.blogger.com blog and link to your website inside the first post on the blog.

5. Submit the RSS Feed of the blogger.com blog you just created to www.feedagg.com and www.feedbase.net

6. Go to pingomatic.com and ping your www.blogger.com blog.

7. Write a press release on your website and submit to www.free-press-release.com, www.i-newswire.com, www.pressreleasespider.com, and www.pr-log.org

8. Write and article about 350 words on your business and submit it to www.zimbio.com and www.squidoo.com, it could be the same article that you wrote for your press release and blog.

9. Create a short video and submit on www.youtube.com, and www.realpeoplerealstuff.com. You can go to sxc.hu,  morguefile.com, stockfreeimages.com, to get royalty free pictures to use in your video. They use the windows movie maker that comes with your pc. Read your article you wrote over the audio to keep it interesting. Under your movie once loaded to the video site, add links back to your website.

10. Submit classified advertisement to www.usfreeads.com and www.oodle.com, and www.craigslist.com. About 1 or 2 sentences with your keyword in it.

11. Join a forum in your niche and add it to your signature and join the welcome area.

12. Create a radio show on www.blogtalkradio.com. Use the Audio of you reading your article

13. Create a twitter account for your website. use your main keyword. Open a Hootesuite.com account, pay for the premium and link your twitter accounts and other social sites.

14. Create a Facebook fan page linking back to your website.

Those for the most part are free. If you can scare up $100 go over to www.directcpv.com, and set up an account. This traffic source alone can get someone to your website who is a targeted buyer for about 1/2 cent per view! That is darn cheap! But you still have to open the account and the minimum to open it is $100. After that it's $25 to recharge your account.

So if you can choose your product you want to promote on your website and you can discipline yourself to do all of the fourteen steps outlined above each time, the traffic will come. It may take a bit, but have patience.

One more thing make sure you write a blog every night. The search engines pic up your activity and raise your website in the rankings.  Remember you are the spider, it's the world wide web, and you have to build your web strands one piece at a time. Just follow the steps above and repeat for a new product! You will get good at this and you will have fun! What the empower network means to me as i make money online

I was looking to make money online.

I saw a software that I thought would simplify the process to make money online. One minute it was there, the next it was gone. I got curious so I did some searching. Come to find out the software was a scam. I saw a video from a person who was really upset with the software developers. She had a link on her video for a FREE Program she claimed had made her enough money that she could stay at home with her four kids. http://instantpaydaynetwork.com/thepro

Hey it was FREE so I joined. Not bad! I didn't pay a penny for it to make money online. As I was going through the four steps to get everything set up, the fourth step was a little different. This took me to a link for the Empower Network. /readytorelease.php?id=leadingyoutosuccess I'd never heard of these guys or their program.

Obviously these two guys seem like the oddball couple when it comes to business partners. Dave & Dave! Both of them have a lot to say, they are very long winded as noticed in there videos; but what they have to say actually makes sense. They are the first guys to actually tactfully cuss in there videos and get away with it. They say they are BAD ASS Marketing! I was floored. Not the I'm the guru who knows everything and your the stupid person who paid too much for my garbage student.

So the Dave's as I'll call them have these informational products. Basically you listen and do  exactly what they tell you. They have a step by step plan, actually Step 1, Step 2, Step 3 that really works. They have a program that encourages you every day, all you have to do is listen. I was going the cheap route by downloading positive affirmations on abundance and wealth, but it wasn't necessary. This program does all of it. All you do is listen daily and let the thoughts and ideas of successful people sink into your subconscious mind while you go about your daily tasks. It' like magic. You are actually reprogramming your mind to think differently, look for different things and get rid of the STINK'N THINK'N, that clouds our life.

So I have just started on this journey with the Empowerment Network, let's see where it takes me. I've made no money with the program as of the time of writing this blog.
